Jamie Lynn was introduced to the concept of holistic health and the practices of relaxation and
meditation when she was a young child. While still in elementary school, she began researching food
and nutrition and soon after started making informed changes to her own diet. Her profound interest,
research, and intuitive way of cooking led to many food “experiments” in her parents’ kitchen.
Jamie Lynn formalized her education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from
Albright College in Reading, PA and in 2015 subsequently attended the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in
NYC. In addition to obtaining specialized training in both Hormone Health and Gut Health, Jamie Lynn
expands her knowledge with continuing education including Food as Medicine with the Center for Mind-
Body Medicine and Changing How We Feel By Changing What We Eat with the Institute for Brain
Potential.
Becoming a yoga instructor was a natural progression for Jamie Lynn after her early introduction to
relaxation and meditation. She is a certified, interdisciplinary yoga instructor, whose areas of study
include Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Restorative, Iyengar, Dharma, and Kundalini yoga.
As a nutrition counselor and holistic health coach, Jamie Lynn aspires to help people discover how
transformative and delicious food can be. She looks to empower her clients to make healthy food
choices suited to their specific needs and help address the root cause of underlying issues through
nutrition and lifestyle.
In July 2020, Jamie Lynn started seeing her clients at an integrative medicine practice, which houses
several traditional and alternative medicine professionals: functional medicine doctor, acupuncturist and
herbal medicine practitioner, massage therapist, psychologist, and others. She has also been presenting
functional food cooking demonstrations in her local community on topics such as anti-inflammatory,
immune boosting, and detoxifying foods.
